There are number of accomdation options to choose from including Openskies managed accomdations, priviate rentals to student lodging facilities.
Institute Accomdation
Openskies managed properties consists of indivigual airconditioned bedrooms with ensuit bathroom, study and common kitchen and dining. There is only limited places available
- Rent : USD 325 per month,
- Payment Terms: 3 month installments
- Refundable Deposit: USD 750 on placement.
- Furniture: Fully Furnished
- Includes: Electricity, Gas, Water and Broadband internet 100 mbps

- No Visitors or outside students allowed
Private Housing
there are number of private houses available for rent around Panadura within close proximity to the ground theory centre ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom houses with ensuit bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas.
Rent ranges between: USD 150 - 250 per month depending on furniture available.
Students are required to usually pay 6 months rent advance and pay monthly rent at the beginign or end of the month depending on rental contract.
For Unfurnished houses, Openskies provided a basic furniture and equipment provision for USD 60 per month paid for 12 months and balance 6 months to be paid after 1 year of tenancy.
Student Lodging
Openskies has screened housing providers within 15 minutes walk from the ground theory centre, providing student lodging at an affordable price. Most of the providers provides students with Breakfast and Dinner and consists of private or shared accomdation options with shared bathroom facilities.
Monthly rent is approximately USD 125 per month and includes electricity and water bills.
Access to kitchen is provided to cook your own meals should you desire.

If you wished to be greeted by our of our staff on arrival to Sri Lanka and to drop you off at the accomdation, our airport pickup servie can be organised.
At least 3 days notice shall be provided with flight details.
